About the Event
Join us for a short-term rental meeting on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 6 PM. This event will be held both in person and via Zoom (for those who wish to join online on your computer or mobile device), and is open to all hosts across Nevada! Be sure to RSVP and save the date.
We will be discussing the recent Nevada Supreme Court decision on our short-term rental (STR) lawsuit and the requirements needed for us to continue our legal fight advocating for fair and equitable STR regulations. Additionally, we will cover important topics such as the licensing process, compliance expectations for new license holders, associated fines, and details on the new licensing phase for prospective applicants.
