What's Going On? The County has scheduled August 18th as the date where they will be voting whether to approve changes to the STR regulations that may impact your ability to host. We need everyone to show up and speak out!
This may impact both licensed and unlicensed hosts, operators, and property managers.
If you manage property or operate a listing site, you may be classified as an accommodation facilitator, which could immediately expose you to county fines under the new proposed rule changes.
As we have said previously, it's time to take off the gloves and call them out for what they’re really doing. If you don’t make time for this, why would the commissioners care?
