declare los nuevos reglamentos del Condado y del
Estado de Nevada como inconstitucionales.
On February 16, 2023, the District Court of Nevada approved our Petition for a Preliminary Injunction, declaring several aspects of the County's STR regulations unconstitutional. This included issuing fines and penalties on STRs and the prohibition of parties, gatherings, and events at short-term rentals, among other things.
On January 17, 2024, after several months of legal filings, all documentation was finally submitted for review to the Nevada Supreme Court. We expect a decision any moment.
