Cancelled/Postponed Vegas Events

As the world continues to address the coronavirus pandemic, events in Las Vegas are being affected.

 

Here's a list of some of the conferences and events that have publicly changed their plans amid virus worries (the list will be updated as needed):

  • Adobe Summit - Originally scheduled for March 29-April 2; in-person event canceled and transitioned to online-only.

  • ASD - Originally scheduled for March 22-25 postponed to August 2-5

  • CinemaCon 2020 - Originally scheduled for March 30-April 2; canceled

  • Dell Technologies World 2020 - Originally scheduled for May 4-7; will now be a "virtual event"

  • Pac-12 men's basketball tournament - Originally scheduled for March 11-14; remainder of tournament canceled (UPDATED 3/12)

  • UNLV Athletics - All Mountain West spring sports suspended indefinitely (UPDATED 3/12)

  • ISC West trade show - Scheduled for March 17-20; postponed to July

  • NXT Global Summit - Originally scheduled for July 13-15; canceled

  • Aruba Networks Atmosphere 2020 - Originally scheduled for March 22–27; in-person event canceled, will be live-streamed instead

  • Las Vegas Polo Classic - Originally scheduled for April 18 & 19; postponed to Aug. 15 & 16

  • Nightclub & Bar Show - Originally scheduled for March 30-April 1; postponed to June 22-24

  • Digital Signage Expo 2020 - Moved to late summer/early fall 2020

  • Western Athletic Conference men's and women's basketball tournaments - Originally scheduled for March 11-14; canceled

  • USL Championship - Temporarily suspends play for a minimum of 30 days; Las Vegas Lights FC home opener was scheduled for March 14

  • Las Vegas Motor Speedway Bullring - Originally planned for Mar. 14; postponed to July 25

  • UNLV will be moving classes to online-only, starting March 23.

  • Touro University will be moving classes online beginning Monday, March 16.

  • Cirque du Soleil Las Vegas - Effective March 15, 2020, the show schedules will be adjusted to one show per night for performances through April 12.  The show schedules will be:

    • ​“O” – 7 pm nightly

    • KÀ – 7 pm Saturday through Wednesday

    • The Beatles LOVE – 7 pm Tuesday through Saturday

    • Michael Jackson ONE – 7 pm Thursday through Monday

    • Mystère – 7 pm Saturday through Wednesday

    • Zumanity – 9:30 pm Friday through Tuesday

    • Effective April 4, 2020, the Blue Man Group Las Vegas schedule will be adjusted, omitting 9:30 pm shows on select nights through May 2020.

  • Clark County canceled all events with an expected attendance of 250 or more until further notice - for specific dates and events, see the county's website

  • CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE will close one day early, ending on Friday, March 13, at 5 p.m.

  • Sporcle's 2020 Trivia Con - Originally scheduled for April 3-5; postponed

  • MGM Resorts - Operations at all nightclubs and dayclubs suspended temporarily

  • City of North Las Vegas has canceled all large, city-run public events; recreation facilities and libraries will remain open

  • City of Las Vegas has suspended all events until further notice

  • NRCHA Stallion Stakes - originally scheduled for March 27 - April 4; canceled.

  • The Smith Center will suspend all performances scheduled through March 31; effective Sunday at 10 p.m.

  • National Reined Cow Horse Association Stallion Stakes - Originally scheduled for March 27-April 4; postponed

  • Monster Jam shows scheduled on March 21-22 2020 at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas have been postponed.

  • Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) is moving from May 15, 16, 17 to October 2, 3, 4
