Support property rights and consumer choice in Las Vegas!
Help us stand against local and state politicians who are denying homeowners the ability to rent out their private homes to travelers in order to force people visiting Las Vegas to stay at pricey resort hotels to increase the hotels' corporate profits at the expense of private property owners and tourists.
These politicians created a rule that If a home is within 2,500 feet of a resort hotel, that home is not allowed to be rented for short-stays; effectively handing over homeowners' property rights to the resort hotels. This is one example of Nevada politicians prioritizing their corporate donors over hardworking people who are struggling to make ends meet.
Donate to our legal fund to fight these corrupt and unconstitutional measures and to defend homeowner property rights and consumer choice!
