You are invited to an online Zoom meeting. We will recap the recently approved Clark County Short-Term Rental Ordinance and discuss the legal challenge that will be brought by our Association in court.
As of July 1, 2022, the current ban on short-term rentals in Clark County will be null and void; but licenses won't be granted (that's if you're even lucky to get one) until in March 2023!
So what happens between this coming Friday, July 1, 2022 and before licenses are even available in March 2023? What will the platforms do come this Friday, July 1, 2022? What is going on with the legal challenge and when will it be filed?
