About the Event
The Greater Las Vegas Short-Term Rental Association (GLVSTRA) will be hosting a meeting update for hosts located in the City of Henderson, Clark County, the City of Las Vegas, and North Las Vegas.
We will be discussing State Bill AB363 which is due to go into effect by July 1, 2022. Â What does it mean for currently licensed operators? How can you get your property licensed? Â How do you clear your fines and liens? What if you do not get licensed? etc.
