About the Event
On August 3, 2022, the Greater Las Vegas STR Association (GLVSTRA) filed a lawsuit and a Request for Preliminary Injunction against Clark County and the State of Nevada's short-term rental laws and regulations.
On December 19, 2022, the Court heard and granted our Request for Preliminary Injunction in part, declaring many of the short-term rental law's and regulations' provisions unconstitutional vague under the Nevada and U.S. Constitution.
