This event will delve into the current legal battle to safeguard short-term rentals (STRs) across the state. Our attorneys will provide important legal updates on our significant federal case contesting restrictive STR regulations, as well as other ongoing lawsuits in court concerning the rejection of STR applications due to issues such as septic tanks, distances, fines, etc. A wealth of crucial information will be shared.
