Membership Levels

Become an official GLVSTRA Member to
Protect Yourself and Your Rental Property.

To become an official Annual GLVSTRA Member, you must:

Purchase the correct Annual Membership as described below.

Bronze
for homeowners who only rent individual bedrooms out of their primary home.

Silver
for those who own 1 to 2 rental properties

Gold
for those who own 3 to 5 rental properties

Platinum
for those who own 6 or more rental properties or for property managers of short-term rentals.

Property owners can only become members by acquiring a Platinum Membership. However, this membership cannot be used to cover properties owned by their clients.

Each property owner needs to obtain a separate membership for their properties.

You’ll need to provide the address of each property included in your membership plan, and assistance will only be available for the covered properties.

Membership grants you exclusive access to private sections of our website and the additional benefits as outlined below.
