Membership Levels

Become an official GLVSTRA Member to
Protect Yourself and Your Rental Property.

Choose the correct Annual Membership level below.

Bronze
for homeowners who only rent individual bedrooms out of their primary home.
$200 set-up fee covers first 3-months of 2026.

Silver
for those who own 1 to 2 rental properties.
$450 set-up fee covers first 3-months of 2026.

Gold
for those who own or manage 3 to 5 rental properties.
$780 set-up fee covers first 3-months of 2026.

Platinum
for those who own or manage 6 or more rental properties.
$1,399 set-up fee covers first 3-months of 2026.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Property owners can only become members by acquiring a Gold or Platinum Membership. However, this membership cannot be used to cover properties owned by their clients.

Each property owner needs to obtain a separate membership for their properties in order for their property to be protected under our Association.

You’ll need to provide the address of each rental property included in your membership plan, and assistance will only be available for those covered properties.

Membership grants you exclusive access to private sections of our website and the additional benefits as outlined below.
