Bronze
for homeowners who only rent individual bedrooms out of their primary home.

Silver
for those who own 1 to 2 rental properties.

Gold
for those who own or manage 3 to 5 rental properties.

Platinum
for those who own or manage 6 or more rental properties.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

PROPERTY MANAGERS may only become members by acquiring a Gold or Platinum Membership. However, this membership cannot be used to cover properties they manage and are owned by their clients. Each client has to buy their own membership to cover their owned properties.

PROPERTY OWNERS need to obtain their own membership in order for their property or properties to be protected under our Association.

After becoming a member, property owners will be required to provide us with a list of their property addresses they want to cover under their membership and we will only provide assistance to those listed properties.

Membership grants you exclusive access to the benefits listed below under each plan but also access to private sections of our website, private group chat, and direct daily contact with our Association Founder and President so that you can be the first to know what's happening. In this ever-changing short-term rental climate, knowing what's about to happen and what you need to do to protect your investments is critical!
